Izzy’s Cookie Co. is a registered Cottage Food Operation with the DeKalb County Health Department in Illinois, operating in compliance with the Illinois Cottage Food Law. This allows us to create custom, handcrafted cookies in a home kitchen while following all necessary food safety guidelines.

Cookie Dough Ingredients:

  • Sugar – Cane sugar
  • Salted Butter – Sweet cream, salt
  • All-Purpose Flour – Bleached white flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, enzymes, folic acid
  • Vanilla Extract – Water, sugar, propylene glycol, alcohol, artificial flavors
  • Eggs – Range-free

Royal Icing Ingredients:

  • Powdered Sugar – Cane sugar, corn starch
  • Meringue Powder – Sugar, dried egg whites, corn syrup solids, gum arabic, vanilla (dextrose vanilla bean extractives), titanium dioxide, cornstarch, citric acid, potassium bitartrate
  • Water
  • Food Coloring Gel – Water, corn syrup, sugar, modified food starch, carrageenan, sodium citrate, citric acid, salt, natural and artificial flavor, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (preservatives)
  • Cream of Tartar – Potassium hydrogen tartrate
